The staff at Pom Pom worked very hard yesterday for an Island clean up. Each department donated as many members of staff as possible and we organised a big round the Island walk with bin bags to collect the rubbish.
Unfortunately, due to the tidal system, some months,we get more rubbish washed up, but it is important to keep the beaches clean for the turtles and other marine and bird life.
Everyone enjoyed the team work, and there were soft drinks and donuts as a reward when they had finished.
