- All villas are designed to cater for 2 persons to ensure best quality and comfort. For families, arrangement for extra beds is available upon early request
- Room based on Double/Twin/Triple sharing basis with air-conditioning, fresh hot water shower and attached bathroom
- All price packages are charged on a Per Person basis, including extension nights
- Children Policy
(2-11 years old): additional surcharge
(below 2 years old): free of charge
- Single/Solo Occupancy Policy – An additional surcharge of the package rate will be charged for Single Occupancy
- For Celiac / Gluten-free meals request – Additional surcharge per day for gluten-free meals. Please inform us in your booking to avoid any inconvenience
- Rates are Nett in Ringgit Malaysia currency and inclusive of Sales & Service Tax (SST), Tourism Tax (MyTTx) and Jetty Levy Fee
Additional Peak Season Surcharge per person per night for the following periods:

All reservations can be made via email or fax to Sipadan Pom Pom Resort & Tours Sdn Bhd. Once a booking is made, a 20% reservation fee from the total package price must be paid within 7 days otherwise it will automatically be made available for resale. The paid fees are not refundable and full payment have to be settled 30 days before the date of arrival. Please note that an enquiry cannot be confirmed until we have received payment and guest personal particulars.
