For the safety and well-being of all guests, please be informed of the following policy:
Once guests have checked in to Pom Pom Island Resort, they are not permitted to participate in any trips, tours, or activities organised by external or third-party operators during their stay at the resort.
This policy is implemented because Pom Pom Island Resort holds full responsibility for the safety, security, and welfare of our in-house guests. Allowing participation in outside activities would compromise our ability to ensure proper safety standards, emergency response, and insurance coverage.
All activities offered during your stay must be arranged exclusively through Pom Pom Island Resort.
We kindly request the cooperation of all agents and guests in respecting this policy.
Pom Pom Island Resort reserves the right to decline responsibility for any incidents arising from non-compliance.
