Collection of entries begin from 12th May 2017 08:00 (GMT+8) till 16th May 2017 23:59 (GMT+8)
Winner announcement date – 17th May 2017 20:00 (GMT+8)

One entry per Instagram account
Instagram account privacy should be set to “Public” for us to confirm your entry and post
Entries with Instagram account privacy set to “Private” are not valid
Original Entry Form can be used for multiple entries (No duplicates, photocopy, printout)
Original Entry Form in the Instagram post/picture must be clearly visible
Instagram post have to contain the following “@pompomislandresort #pompomisland #giveaway #mide2017”. Post can contain other tags
Giveaway prize is entitled to Malaysians and/or Expatriates living in Malaysia
Entry must be submitted within Giveaway Entry Collection Date
Entries that do not meet with above rules and eligibility will be void without notice

Winner will be chosen at random
Winner will be contacted via Direct Messages in Instagram
Winner’s ID will be announced on our official Instagram account (@pompomislandresort)

Winner will be entitled to 3 Days 2 Nights of Room Stay (Beach Villa) in Pom Pom Island Resort
Giveaway Prize is not transferable
Giveaway Prize do not include flight ticket and other expenses
The winner will be entitled to bring a maximum of one person for the trip
Both winner and person will need to have the following documents for proof of identity:
- Malaysian – Malaysian Passport or Malaysian IC
- Expatriate – Employment, Passport
Room type is subjected to availability
Giveaway Stay Period is valid for one year – 18th May 2017 – 18th May 2018
Winner must confirm the following as per company regulations and conditions within 72 hours after the announcement:
- Winner’s identity proof
- Bring-along person’s identity proof if bringing along another person
- Stay date
Winners who fail to confirm their identity and/or comply with “Prize Entitlement, Terms and Conditions” and/or “Entry Rules & Eligibility” as stated above, will have his/her prize void and the next random winner will be chosen

Participants will have their Instagram IDs recorded during the “MIDE 2017 Giveaway” giveaway, and used only for winner selection process, announcement and confirmation
