This evening, at 5pm our English Guests, Chris and Polly joined myself for a bird watching walk round our Resort. I unfortunately, am not an expert, although I do enjoy nature and all creatures, whether above or below the sea. We saw some Spotted Doves, Pink Necked Green Pigeons, Pied Fantail and also, I was able to show our mystery bird, a barred rail. I have placed a photo here. This particular bird is not in our bird books, we think its a subspecies, but if anyone can enlighten us, please write.
