Marine Conservation
Pom Pom Marine Ecosystem
Two important marine ecosystems surround Pom Pom Island Resort. Close to the shore, you can find Green Sea turtles feeding on their favourite food: seagrass.
A little further out, the coral reef begins, home to thousands of colourful reef fish. To protect our natural beauty, we are committed to marine conservation by safeguarding our Sea turtles and coral reefs.
Green Fins
As a 5-star PADI dive centre, we are committed to sustainable tourism through our membership in the Green Fins community.
This includes reducing our single-use plastic usage, promoting non-feeding practices for marine life, and asking our guests to refrain from touching or disturbing marine life during snorkel and dive activities.

Marine conversation talks
Education
We also have weekly marine talks for our in-house guests to learn more about our Sea turtles and coral restoration efforts. Children can join the weekly “Marine Conservation Kids Club,” featuring an engaging presentation, marine life memory game, and wildlife-watching walk around the island.
