We celebrated a harvest festival on 31 May 2016 which is widely celebrated at the state of Sabah in Malaysia.
The largest population of native ethnic in Sabah is the Kadazan Dusun ethnic they used to live as farmers producing rice and vegetables since ancient. Some our staff members in Office, Housekeeping ,Kitchen and Dive Centre are consists of Kadazan Dusun ethnic from North of Borneo in Sabah. Harvest Festival is the one of the biggest festivals in sabah celebrated every year on 30 May and 31 May for 2 days. Many people go back to their hometown to spend a celebration with their family.
For this special day, traditional decorations and foods are arranged by Kadazan Dusun Staffs and they also performed a cultural dance show. We selected the couples from England and China as the Mr & Ms POM POM and all the guests invited to the stage for dancing and games.
